The cheese burger consists of minced pork, smoked bacon, cheese and coated with breadcrumbs. Each cheese burger weighs +/- 150 gr. Contains +/- 600 gr.
The hamburger is made with 70% minced beef and 23% spicy minced pork. Each hamburger weighs +/- 150 gr and must be cooked +/- 10 minutes (through the core).
Everyday breaded ham and cheese chicken are prepared in Belgium and are made from ground chicken stuffed with ham and cheese ... 8 x 125 gr.
Turkey schnitzels are delicious breaded turkey cutlets made from reconstituted turkey meat. Each turkey schnitzel must be fully cooked before consumption.
The lamb chop-shaped burgers also called epigram are made from mutton (52%) and pork (35%). These burgers must be fully cooked before consumption.
Roast venison / doe is a tender piece of meat that must be browned in the oven for +/- 25 minutes to 30 minutes at 180°. Each package contains +/- 500 gr.
The venison medallion must be seared in a hazelnut butter then cooked over low heat for 10 minutes. Each package contains 2 medallions of +/- 150 gr.
The venison stew must be seared in a brown butter and then simmered over low heat for 1h30. Each package contains +/- 650 gr.
Wild boar stew is a piece of meat cut into cubes which must be browned and then left to simmer for +/- 1 hour 10. Each packet contains +/- 650 gr.
The prepared venison/doe stew can be reheated for +/- 35 minutes in the oven at 150° or in the microwave at 750 W for 7 to 8 minutes.
