Liège syrup is distinguished from marmalades, jellies and other jams by its high fruit content. It takes 400 gr of fresh fruit to obtain 100 gr of True Sirop de Liège. Tradition associates it with Herve cheese (AOC) or maquée (fresh cheese). Today, Du Vrai Sirop de Liège is the must-have on cheese platters of all types and origins. A spoonful of True Sirop de Liège apricot will be enough to give a round and fruity note to all your culinary preparations: vinaigrettes, marinades, sauces... Each jar contains 300 gr.
