The binder for brown sauces Maizena Express is an instant binder for meat juices, dark sauces and brown sauces for stewed dishes and stews. Maizena is ideal for a lump-free sauce. Easy to use, just add directly to the boiling liquid to further bind your sauce. Stir well. Cook for 1 min. To obtain an even thicker sauce, add Maïzena Express and keep boiling for 1 min. Each package contains 250 gr.
