Origin: Fished by trawl in the Northern North Sea or West Scotland (FAO 27.IVa,VIa).
Packaged in Belgium in a protective atmosphere.
Store in a dry place away from heat and light. Close the packaging well after opening. Store in the refrigerator (max. +7°C). Open 20 min before tasting. After opening, keep for 1 day in the refrigerator.
